Intentional self-injury, suicide, or attempted suicide — any deliberately self-caused injury or death is excluded.
Death or disablement whilst under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drug at the time of the accident.
Racing on wheels, hunting, big game shooting, mountaineering, winter sports, skiing, ice hockey — standard PA exclusion.
Death or disablement directly or indirectly caused by insanity or mental disorder.
Arising from the Insured committing any breach of law with criminal intent.
War, civil war, nuclear radiation, or radioactive contamination — standard across all the insurer PA products.
Death or disablement arising from pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, or complications. Standard PA exclusion.
Death or disablement caused by venereal disease or illness attributable to HIV and/or HIV-related conditions.
